Automatic document routing, signature pending notifications, and a centralized archive reduce manual tasks. According to case studies, companies reduce document processing time by up to 80%.
Vizibit utilizes advanced cryptographic algorithms (RSA, ECC) and key management systems. We are certified according to ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 27017 (Cloud Security), ISO/IEC 27701 (Privacy Protection), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity). Furthermore, all signatures are stored in digital archives with strict access control.
A digital signature is an electronic, encrypted authentication seal on digital data that confirms the signer’s identity and the content’s integrity.
Think of it as your unique digital stamp that “signs” a document on your computer or mobile device. It proves who you are and guarantees that the content has not been tampered with.
The applicant submits identity verification documents (ID card, passport, etc.) or completes e-KYC authentication through an authorized certification body (e.g., A-Trust, Swisscom, FINA, AKD). Upon successful verification, a certificate is issued linking your public key to your verified identity.
Qualified Digital Signatures (QES), under regulations such as EU eIDAS and Swiss ZertES, are legally equivalent to handwritten signatures if created according to the prescribed standards.
Simply upload the document to signFLOWS and navigate to the Verification tab.
Validity depends on the certificate, which is typically issued for 1–3 years. However, digital time-stamping allows the signature to remain verifiable even after the certificate expires.
